Rice BasketsThe Lantern Moon "Rice Basket" is patterned after a container traditionally used to carry rice from the fields and to display the grain in the marketplace. The salt water reed used in the design is sustainably harvested, flattened by a handpress, and dyed and woven by village artisans in the community center and in their homes. Small baskets are 15"x16"x11" and large baskets are 19"x19"x14".
