Aloo Table Linens (P-112) These placemats and table runners are beautiful as well as durable and knitted using Himalaya's "Aloo" yarn. The Himalayan aloo plant is a close relative to the North American nettle. Much care & effort are taken to soften the fibers. With additional handling & washing, "Aloo" softens even more & works well for making bags, totes, loofahs, etc. You can knit up a set for yourself, but they would also make a wonderful gift. Each placemat uses 1 skein of yarn. Each short table runner (12" x 36") uses 2 skeins of yarn and each long table runner (12" x 72") uses 3 skeins of yarn.
