"Potluck" Roving Primarily designed for handspinning, Cherry Tree Hill's "Potluck Roving" is made from a high-quality merino (54 micron) for outstanding results. Besides spinning, try out "Potluck Roving" in your other freeform & embellishment work. "Potluck" yarns are unique, hand-dyed in Cherry Tree Hill's wonderful "luck of the dyepot" method. That means subsequent shipments will not look as currently shown, even though the Color Family name remains the same. These are the "Potluck Color Families": Watercolors show a washed out or pastel effect. Jewel Tones contain the deeper, richer colors (dark purples, blues, greens, and pinks). Earth Tones are made up of natural, earthy colors. They can be both light and dark (browns, greys, reds, greens). Brights range in color from some to all of the colors in a rainbow. Blues/Greens are made up of different shades of blues and greens. Blues/Purples are different shades of blues and purples.
