This feminine vest has a marvelous vintage appeal. Created with "Cotton Classic" yarn from Tahki, a slight ruffle at the bottom edge adds to the femininity while the two-color bands around the edges and across the empire waist give that vintage look. The v-shape of the bottom edge is echoed in the v-neck for a flattering silhouette.
