Part cape, part cardigan, part jacket-this garment fulfills all of those needs. The shape is that of a cape with arms so the fit is generous and comfortable. It buttons up the front like a jacket or cardi and goes well over absolutely anything. The sleeves are folded up and held in place with a button and the lapels give another jacket-like touch.
