This ruffled shawl is created with Soft yarn from Red Heart. The body of the shawl is worked in a simple 2-row repeat pattern with an eyelet panel down the center back. The ruffle is picked up and added when the body is finished. The yarn is soft and warm and available in a great variety of colors.
