This circularly knit hat has a moss-stitch rise and crown and a ribbed brim, inside of which the ribbed scarf ties are picked up and knitted down. There's a lot of fabric waiting for personal embellishment here. Embroider some funky motifs, or just attach a few pins on the scarf ties.
