While the fedora is an icon of vintage menswear, it originated as a woman's hat. Princess Fedora Romazova, a heroine in the French play Fedora, sported this style of hat and made it an immediate fashion hit. This fedora is hard-felted in smooth "O-Wool Classic" yarn by Vermont Organics. PLEASE NOTE: Pre-selected color choices may not match the photo because a color may be temporarily out of stock or discontinued by the manufacturer. Quantities in the shopping list are for a 22" circumference hat to fit an average woman's head. PURCHASE SEPARATELY: bowl (for mold), 1.25 yds of leather trim in width desired (for hat band and edge of brim).
