An undulating lace pattern worked on large needles makes a striking short wrap skirt that barely overlaps and ties just below the waist. Bamboo ribbon yarn gives the skirt drape and body. Wrap it over tights, jeans, as a pareo over a bathing suit, or over a clingy dress.
