Need a new purse that has plenty of depth, but it's still easy to find things in it? Norah Gaughan has solved your problem with this triangular purse crocheted with Berroco's "Suede" and "Ultra Alpaca" yarns. She sewed gussets at the base, as well as generous pleats on the front and back, and sewed the side seams along the lower section only, so the upper part stretches open. A cardboard insert lends stability to the base, and a fabric lining helps the unfelted section hold its shape. There's no need for a fastener; the smart leather handles hold the bag close as it's carried.
