Sprout Sweater & Hat		Sprout Sweater & Hat Designer Elaine Brody's little sweater & hat set is a quick knit in 100% organic cotton "Sprout" yarn by Classic Elite. She works the unisex sweater in reverse stockinette stitch since she feels the purl side highlights the nubbly texture of the yarn better. The hat is knitted in the round with the knit side out because most folks prefer knitting to purling. When the hat is complete, you just turn it inside out to match the sweater. Then you can either leave the top plain or add a little knitted flower-type motif for a feminine accent.
