Changing the direction of your knitting creates interesting angles and striking results in this out-of-the-ordinary baby blanket. Starting with a free pattern from Crystal Palace, this design from Sandi Rosner relies on the provisional cast-on technique aptly described in the instructions. Also since the 16 blocks are knit together as you go along, there are no cast on or bound off edges and the entire blanket is fluid and flowing. Just choose your favorite color combo of "Mochi Plus," and start on this heirloom-quality beauty right away.
